These terms apply to all offerings by Virellis, including personalized services, digital guides, and physical goods.

2. Definitions

Service: Personalized consultation or arrangement for luxury apartment selection.
Digital Product: Downloadable guides, brochures, or informational materials.
Goods: Physical items shipped to you, such as printed guides or welcome kits.

3. User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate information, comply with applicable laws, and respect intellectual property rights. Misuse of our offerings may result in suspension.

4. Ordering and Confirmation

All orders are subject to our acceptance. Confirmation is sent via email or phone at +41767255714.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are stated in the currency indicated at purchase. Payment must be completed before services are scheduled or products are dispatched.

6. Delivery and Performance

Services will be scheduled at mutually agreed times. Digital products are available for immediate download. Goods are shipped to the address you provide.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Services

If you cancel more than 48 hours before a scheduled consultation, you are eligible for a full refund minus a 5% administrative fee. Cancellations within 48 hours are not eligible for a refund, but you may reschedule once at no extra charge.

7.2 Digital Products

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the guide has not been downloaded or accessed. Once the file has been downloaded, refunds are not available.

7.3 Goods

Physical items may be returned within 7 days of receipt if unused and in original condition. Shipping costs are non refundable. Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item.

7.4 Refund Process

Refund requests should be submitted via our contact form or by calling +41767255714. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.

8. No-Refund Services

Certain bespoke services, such as custom concierge arrangements, are non refundable due to the preparation involved. This applies when services are tailored exclusively to your requirements.

9. Rescheduling

You may reschedule services up to 24 hours before the appointment. Requests made later may incur a fee or forfeiture of eligibility for rescheduling.

10. Limitation of Liability

Virellis is not liable for indirect damages or delays due to factors beyond our control, including third-party actions or unforeseen events.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Disputes will be subject to the courts of Zurich.
